These classes will focus heavily on research and prepare students for researching, collecting, and analyzing data. In addition, students will focus on how to monitor economic trends and developing forecasts on a variety of different issues facing the country and corporations.

Upon completion of all coursework and successfully passing a comprehensive exam, students will begin their research projects. The actually writing and researching of the dissertation can take between 1-2 years depending on the student.
